Over the past decade he has worked with everyone from beginners taking their first steps in the gym to competitive bodybuilders and high-performance athletes. His approach has been shaped by thousands of hours on the floor, coaching real people through real challenges.

What sets Rolando apart is the depth of his expertise. Five ISSA certifications — Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Glute Specialist, and Nutritionist — mean he can address the full picture: movement quality, injury prevention, progressive strength, body composition, and diet.
