CoachAndTrack offers the following paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@coachandtrack.com within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to CoachAndTrack, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with our Service.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.
The CoachAndTrack platform, including its design, branding, software, and platform content (excluding coach content), is owned by TechXcel Partners LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without express written permission.
Coach content remains the intellectual property of the individual coaches. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use coach content for your own personal fitness purposes only.
Always consult your doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. CoachAndTrack content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using CoachAndTrack you acknowledge that:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechXcel Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CoachAndTrack in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@coachandtrack.com or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of CoachAndTrack after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
