I am a certified personal trainer passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and feel confident in their own skin. My journey in fitness started from a desire to not only transform physically, but also to build a healthy and balanced lifestyle — healing from the inside out.

I combine hypopressive training, breathwork, and internal healing practices with strength work and nutrition guidance. My method addresses the whole person — not just the physical body — helping women reconnect with themselves, restore their energy, and build a foundation of genuine wellbeing.
